This individual must be an excellent leader, project manager, and be able to communicate effectively while multi-tasking company projects. A strong interest in and understanding of Latino culture is a major plus. Responsibilities: - Work closely with the VP of Marketing, Digital, Programming and Senior Level Management to conceptualize and execute designs that will advance the company's objectives on multiple platforms
- Create on-brand, on-strategy and compelling promotions while ensuring cohesive messaging and consistent feel, tone and look on all Sí TV properties
- Provide promotional assets to other departments such as ad sales, affiliate, research, short-form and press
- Project manage design department priorities and schedules, client creative reviews, intradepartmental creative synergies, and approvals
- Art Direct photo shoots
- Inspire and motivate creative team from concept to final production with the aim of creating Sí TV awareness and expanding distribution
- Art direct and lead the conceptual execution for new show graphics
- Maintain budgets for assets requested and retain a solid list of vendors
- Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design with a minimum of 8-10 years experience
- Recognized thought-leader and expert in the following: marketing in print and online, interactive design, emerging technologies and user-centered design processes and methodologies; background in advertising, collateral, identity, direct marketing/e-marketing
- Strong people management and coaching skills to provide clear creative direction and to motivate and inspire creative teams
- Expertise in developing creative solutions for a wide range of internal needs including advertising, sales, events, trade, identity, interactive design and press
- Expert knowledge in the creative development process, including staffing projects effectively, providing clear creative direction, giving timely and helpful coaching to improve creative and producing all work cost effectively and on schedule
- Excellent written skills with the ability to create a clear creative brief
- Strong oral skills
- Proven mentoring, supervisory, and team-building skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design
- Minimum 8-10 years experience
